Toronto own’s Hip Hop artist Nes releases his second mixtape entitled ’The Adventures Of A Dream Chasing Champion’, Nes had this to say about the inspiration behind the Tape:
“The title was inspired by a conversation with my son. I saw how much he wanted to be a basketball player and told him he could be the greatest player if he wanted to. It’s that type of motivation I feel kids lack these days, the imagination and belief that they could be anything. I took that, and put together a chapter of my life onto this mixtape/album. I wanted to make a big statement with this cd. I tweeted once that I thought I was top 5 in Toronto, I think I gave people music for them to agree and believe in me being that as well. These are the adventures of someone that was told they couldn’t be something, proving they can be more”
