It’s no secret that most of the women in Hollywood use the firming hosiery under their skintight dresses, but it’s slightly embarrassing when they accidentally flash. Poor Kim! Time for some more plastic surgery OH!……She’s beautiful though.  Plus Kimmy has made no secret of her love of the body contour enhancing underwear range, Spanx, and it is clear she is still very loyal to the brand.  Kim openly admitted she adores the body slimmer lingerie line.  She unashamedly tweeted last year: ‘SPANX are my best friend!’
